With nearly 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, our founder Tiina Kanninen<\/strong> is a seasoned commercial leader who has successfully steered both small businesses and large corporations toward profitability and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Marketing Manager, Emma Tykkyl\u00e4inen<\/strong> brings a hands-on and future-oriented approach to marketing, communications, and project-based growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She holds a degree in International Business,<\/strong> with focused academic studies in lean thinking, event organization, creative event design, risk management, design thinking, and service design. This background supports her ability to develop efficient, customer-centric, and innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her professional experience includes over five years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, combined with active involvement in festival work and the organization of sports events. She has experience in communications, website development, social media marketing, and brand management, where strategic thinking is closely connected to practical execution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of a digital-native generation, she is highly comfortable working across online platforms and data management systems. She is particularly strong in strategic planning, concept development, and project-based work, and thrives in fast-moving environments where ideas are quickly turned into action.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
