With nearly 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, our founder Tiina Kanninen is a seasoned commercial leader who has successfully steered both small businesses and large corporations toward profitability and sustainable growth.
She believes that true business success stems from the courage to challenge your own ways of working, a keen eye on the competition, and a genuine ability to listen—to both your customers’ real needs and your team’s ideas.
Her professional background spans sales, marketing, and revenue management, and she masters both the fundamentals of traditional commercial strategy and the opportunities of the digital landscape.
She has a proven track record of building high-performing commercial teams and scaling businesses—in Finland and globally.
